IMPORTANT REMINDER FROM NURSE JANE UPHOUSE APRIL 2026
This is a reminder for next year's 7th and 12th grade students. A letter was sent home with your child regarding the immunization requirements going into 7th and 12th grade. If you have any questions, please reach out to Nurse Jane. Documentation must be received that the immunization was received or that they are exempt or they will not be able to start the school year until the required documentation is received. Have the doctor's office fax a copy of their immunization record if they received the immunization already or once they receive the immunization. The school FAX number is 814.395.3366.

The health and wellbeing of the district students is a main focus each school day. If you have questions about health services please contact the school nurse.

Vision screenings have been completed. If your child is recommended for further evaluation, you will receive a note from the school nurse.
