IMPORTANT REMINDER FROM NURSE JANE UPHOUSE for the 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR
ATTENTION 7TH AND 12TH GRADE STUDENT PARENTS, under {28 PA Code 23, School Immunizations}, YOUR CHILD MUST HAVE PROOF OF IMMUNIZATIONS TO ATTEND SCHOOL. The IMMUNIZATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
7TH GRADE - 1 DOSE OF TETANUS, DIPHTHERIA, ACELLUAR PERTUSSIN {TDAP} AND 1 DOSE OF MENINGOCOCCAL VACCINE {MCV}
12TH GRADE - 1 DOSE OF MENINGOCOCCAL VACCINE {MCV}
IF PROOF OF VACCINATION IS NOT RECEIVED BY 8/24/2026, OR PROOF OF UPCOMING APPOINTMENT TO RECEIVE VACCINE IS NOT RECEIVED BY 8/24/2026, YOUR STUDENT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO START SCHOOL ON 8/25/2026.
