K-12 VOLUNTARY STUDENT ACCIDENT INSURANCE

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST

Kindergarten - Each child needs 1 backpack, 1 pair USB type C jack headphones, 2 glue sticks, 1 box of Crayola Crayons (24 count).  PLEASE buy Crayola brand, 1 pack of Pencils #2 and 1 Pencil box.   Other classroom suggestions: 3 boxes of tissues, 1 package of plastic spoons, glue sticks and Clorox Wipes.

First Grade - Each child needs 1 box of 24 Crayola Crayons, 1 Pencil Box (not bag), 1 spiral 1 subject notebook, 1 big pink eraser, 1 pair of scissors, 1 pair USB type C jack headphones, 1 folder, 4 jumbo Elmer's glue sticks(extra are appreciated), 3 boxes of tissues, and hand sanitizer. 

Second Grade- Each Child needs: 2 boxes of Crayola Crayons (24 pack) 1 box Crayola Markers, 1 pencil Box, 2 boxs #2 lead pencils, 1 folder, 3 glue sticks, 1 pair student scissors, 1 box Crayola colored pencils, headphones, 1 pkg. coffee filters for snack, 1 package of plastic spoons for snack.

Third Grade - Each child needs 3 pks #2 wooden pencils, 1 pkg. pencil top erasers, 2 boxes Crayons - 24 count, 1 pg. dry erase markers, 1 pkg. washable markers, 1 pkg. colored pencils, 2 glue sticks, 1 pair of scissors, 3 two pocket folders, 1 pencil box, 2 large boxes of tissues, 1 container of Germ X, 1 container of Clorox wipes, earbuds:  Additional classroom needs:  coffee filters, napkins, scotch tape, small pencil sharpeners, *Extra tissues are always appreciated.

Fourth Grade:  Each child needs pencils, earbuds/headphones.  Additional classroom needs:  Kleenex, paper cups.

Fifth Grade:  Each child needs #2 lead pencils, markers, colored pencils, glue sticks, earbuds and headphones for themselves.   Additional classroom needs:  Kleenex

Sixth Grade:  Each child needs 2 pks. #2 wooden pencils, 1 pkg. pencil top erasers, 2 boxes crayons, 24 count, 1 pkg. dry erase markers, 1 pkg. washable markers, 1 pkg. colored pencils, 2 glue sticks, 3 two pocket folders, 1 pencil box, 2 large boxes of tissues, 1 container of Hand Sanitizer, 1 container of Clorox wipes and earbuds.  Additional classroom needs:  Coffee Filters, napkins, scotch tape, *Extra tissues are always appreciated!

Elementary Learning Support - Each child needs glue sticks, crayons, markers, and dry erase markers.  Additional classroom needs:  tissues, Lysol wipes, baby wipes, paper towels and hand santitizer.
